8.03: FUNCTIONALITY

In order to make the most out of an existing client bank, both systems offer a number of features to assist with marketing. The ability to market to specific segments is a core function and provided by both platforms.

With Dashly, advisers can target specific customer segments, based upon the time remaining on any preferential product, LTV and their customers’ existing lender.

The Retain system from Eligible segments clients automatically by mortgage and sends personalised notifications and alerts relevant to that product.

Dashly offers secure document storage and this comes at no extra cost to the end consumer or advisers using the platform.

Both platforms help with compliance. Dashly provides an audit trail for new business, with case notes. It also offers a new business processing pipeline tracker.

Eligible has been awarded ISO 27001 and is Cyber Essentials certified as well as being GDPR compliant and having end-to-end security protocols in place.

Eligible’s Retain system automates every communication (e.g. mortgage alerts, birthdays, mortgage anniversaries and market updates such as a base rate change on the consumer side). It also sends automated emails to its users (advisers); examples include client call requests and meeting reminders.

Complete retention workflow emails have been prebuilt into the Dashly platform.

As the platforms extensively use email as a means to communicate with clients, both offer integrations with popular email clients. Dashly has an integration with Acuity, which connects with most well-known calendar and mail applications, while Eligible provides an Outlook and Google calendar download available, which enables users to add meetings booked to their own email client calendar.

The ability to create white-labelled documentation is offered by both systems.

All emails generated by Dashly are branded as though they are coming from the mortgage adviser and the customer facing portal for any adviser’s customer is also co-branded.

For the clients of Eligible users, the white-labelling is such that it doesn’t exist. Every communication sent from the system is sent from the advisers all branded as the business, personalised to each client.
