Mortgage Brain’s sourcing system integrates with the firm’s other products, while Twenty7Tec provides two-way integration for data and documents through MBT Affordability and Experian.
There are often extra licensing costs that will need to be covered by the mortgage broker for such integrations.

The platform providers have established a number of lender system integrations. Mortgage Brain currently has five such integrations, with more being build for delivery later in the year.

In addition, Twenty7Tec’s APPLY system is available with five lenders and is in pilot with another five.
