The Moving Hub lets clients track their conveyancing journey. They can receive regular notifications and follow the transaction from start to finish.
With eConveyancer, brokers have visibility of various milestones, some of which will vary depending on the case type, and they also receive email updates on any active cases they have referred. Brokers can correspond directly with the solicitors through the case tracking functionality, add notes and raise queries.
Customers can access online case tracking 24/7, which will give them visibility of milestones. If a customer is also using DigitalMove, they will have greater interaction with their case.
