CRM systems are typically more expensive than sourcing systems. This can be explained in part by the number of integrations with other platforms that many have, often offering full sourcing from within the platform itself.

eKeeper offers eKeeper Lite, which is a ‘lightweight’, free version of the full eKeeper CRM suite, It contains limited functionality compared to the full version, which is priced at £39.95 a month.

Trackerhub starts from £15 a month but offers a discount for a two-year licence, which works out at £12 a month. Smartr365 is the most expensive at £100 per licence.

There are often extra licensing cost implications for users of the CRM systems that opt for third-party sourcing integrations.
