CRM SYSTEMS: Trackerhub

TrackerHub brings advisers, businesses and introducers together under one tracking platform. A new case can be submitted by an introducer or a business and sent to another user on the system. TrackerHub will then track the case progress and manage the referral fees for the case, keeping all parties in the loop.

The system can also be used for self-generated and personal referrals and provides an adviser invoicing function when cases are complete.

There is also a Refer a Friend feature to drive personal referrals via the user’s website or social media. Trackerhub 2.0 is being launched in Q1 2021 with a view to integrating and building a customer referral dashboards in mid to late 2021.
