Mortgage Magic launched just before the first lockdown in March 2020. Its aim is the continual evolution of the platform to make it the logical choice for mortgage specialists wishing to build a “world class” service offering to customers and to compete on level terms with the challenge of online providers.
It already automates much of the mortgage process with full compliance integration.
Greater lender integration is being rolled out in Q2 and Q3 and the firm aims to see the development of predictive advice along with automated affordability assessment of customers.
It is working on integrating a conveyancing referral panel onto the system so that users can instruct legal action at the earliest point in the mortgage process.
In addition, it is testing AI backed predictive decision making to assist the advice process.
Other 2021 enhancements will include adding an automated valuation report and video verification in addition to Electronic ID verification.
It has targeted 2021 to roll out an IFA version of Mortgage Magic by Q4, to be known as Finance Magic.
