Unsurprisingly due to its ownership, Criteria Hub links with its sister sourcing systems, Mortgage Brain Classic and Mortgage Brain Anywhere and offers a 50% discount to their users.

Knowledge Bank has connections with four other sourcing systems and says others will be announced shortly.

The use of APIs allows lenders to integrate with both criteria sourcing systems. For example, Criteria Hub has APIs available to lenders for criteria display on their own intermediary facing websites.

Knowledge Bank has a bespoke system which is used by several lenders called Knowledge Bank Pro. This allows them to not only see their own criteria in one fully searchable place but also allows them to store internal policy detail that isn’t in the public domain along with historical information which is used for complaints handling as well as providing useful management information.
