Market penetration for the marketing and retention systems does not appear to be as high as for sourcing systems. This is possibly due to them being relatively new tools for advisers as well as not being perceived as as ‘essential’ as other platforms such as those dealing with criteria and affordability.
During the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, Dashly says it slowed down and suspended company growth throughout the year. Eligible says it experienced significant growth within its team and new users since the outset of the pandemic. It also provided firms with access to free support and tutorial to help them digitise their workplaces.

Both systems have some form of distribution agreement with networks and clubs. Dashly has deals with Tenet and Paradigm, while Eligible has eight distributors signed up.
