Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms can help users communicate with prospects, share sales information, close deals and manage customers.
They can also deliver actionable insights, connect with social media and help team communication.
7.01 ADVISER RESEARCH
There has been no increase over the past month in the number of advisers surveyed who use a CRM system, with around two-thirds using one designed specifically for mortgage brokers and/or IFAs.
